Focused around a single central staircase and elevator core, this new housing development takes advantage of developments in the single-stair housing measures, while creating meaningful and comfortable spaces. Tenant spaces vary from studios to three-bedroom units, to attract long-term tenants in the young and vibrant neighborhood. The site is situated tightly between an existing multifamily project and a corner lot primed for redevelopment.
